How does bidding work?

1. Registered bidders can view the details of available leases to determine if they are interested. Available leases are sorted by State and County.
2. Bidders may submit a bid via the website for the amount they are willing to pay for the lease.
3. Bids will be received until the bid close date at which time MHC foresters will review submitted bids.
4. MHC will contact the winner bidder only. MHC reserves the right to reject any and all bids. MHC does not reveal any bid information.
