What type of hunting and fishing do you allow?

Our leases allow hunting and fishing that complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state, and local governments and agencies thereof, including but not limited to, compliance with all conservation and environmental protection and Fish and Game laws and regulations of the United States and of the STATE. Lessee shall be responsible for and shall obtain all permits or authorizations required in its use of the PREMISES for the purposes set forth herein.

In most cases deer hunting with dogs is not allowed. There are some areas, however, that deer hunting with dogs will be permitted. Please see the description on an available lease or your hunting lease for details.
